About the role
Kirana Club is building a B2B marketplace connecting brands, manufacturers, traders, distributors, wholesalers, and super-stockists with retailers across India. We are looking for motivated, target-driven Inside Sales Executives to connect with prospective sellers over the phone, drive seller onboarding, and help sellers complete registration and product catalog uploads. Fluency in spoken Hindi is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable making 100–120 outbound calls per day and working in a target-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective sellers, including brands, manufacturers, traders, distributors, wholesalers, and super-stockists.
- Explain the Kirana Club platform, address seller queries, and convert interested prospects into registered sellers.
- Guide sellers through registration and submission of required business details.
- Assist sellers with product catalog uploads, including product names, images, pricing, and pack sizes.
- Follow up with interested and partially onboarded sellers until registration and catalog listing are completed.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, customer acquisition, or B2B sales preferred.
- Fluency in spoken Hindi is mandatory.
- Comfortable making 100–120 outbound calls per day.
- FMCG, e-commerce, distributor sales, or seller onboarding experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Consistent daily outbound calling and meaningful seller conversations.
- Conversion of qualified leads into registered sellers.
- Timely completion of seller registration and catalog uploads.
- Progression of onboarded sellers towards successfully going live on Kirana Club.
- A fluent Hindi speaker who enjoys speaking with business owners, can confidently sell over the phone, and takes ownership of seller onboarding from the first call through catalog upload.
