About the role
You own the community product — market rates feed, peer content, creator tools, games, engagement mechanics. Your job is to make the KC app a daily habit for kiranas across India. You think deeply about what makes people come back, what makes content feel relevant, and how community engagement converts into commerce intent. You work closely with the community team on the ground and with the commerce PM to bridge the two sides of the platform.
What you'll do
- Own the community product — market rates feed, peer content, creator tools, games, engagement mechanics
- Make the KC app a daily habit for kiranas across India
- Bridge community engagement with commerce intent across the platform
- Work with the community team on the ground and the commerce PM to keep both sides aligned
What we're looking for
- 4–6 years of product management, with meaningful time spent on engagement, social, or content products
- Has owned a DAU or retention metric and moved it — understands what drives habit formation
- Understands creator ecosystems — how to build tools that make creators produce better content
- Thinks about content not just as features but as a system — what gets made, by whom, for whom, and why it spreads
- Has worked in a Tier 2/3 or regional language context — or is deeply curious about it
- Data-driven on engagement — knows the difference between vanity metrics and real retention signals
- AI-native — uses AI tools to move faster, prototype, and analyse
- Consumer internet background strongly preferred
