About the role
We're looking for a high-agency Strategic Projects Lead to work directly with the founders on the initiatives that matter most. This is not a coordinator role. It's a role for someone who can take a messy, high-stakes problem — a new market entry, an org redesign, a broken cross-functional process — and see it through from first-principles to execution. You'll sit at the center of the company, work across every function, and be one of the few people with full visibility into what's actually moving and what's stuck.
What you'll do
- Lead high-priority cross-functional projects end-to-end — from scoping the problem to closing the loop on execution
- Work directly with founders to convert ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, owners, timelines, and outcomes
- Run the operating rhythm for company-wide initiatives — weekly reviews, decision logs, blocker escalations, action trackers
- Drive business reviews, org planning cycles, and strategic hiring initiatives — not support them
- See what's stuck and move fast to unstick it — with or without formal authority
- Build repeatable systems and processes as the company scales so coordination becomes a structural strength
- Make founders sharper, faster — surface what's stuck, bring crisp visibility into the state of the business
What we're looking for
- 4–8 years of operating experience — founder's office, chief-of-staff, strategy consulting, or a senior cross-functional role at a fast-growing startup
- Has owned a messy, high-stakes problem end-to-end and shipped the outcome — not just structured the deck
- Drives outcomes through clarity and influence, not formal authority
- Writes one-pagers that force decisions, not strategy decks
- Sees what's stuck, unsticks it — without waiting for a mandate
- AI-native — uses AI tools to move faster, prototype, and analyse
